My order arrived broken, what do I do?
If your order has arrived broken, feel free to send an email with a picture of the broken item and you will be refunded or sent a new item upon discussion!
How long will it take to ship the order?
It will take from 2 to 5 business days! Domestic orders (The Netherlands) can take up to a week to arrive! For International orders it can take up to 3 weeks, KEEP IN MIND THAT PREORDERS HAVE DIFFERENT SENDING/SHIPPING TIMES, CHECK THE PREORDER POST FOR THOSE
Do all the orders have Track and Trace?
Depending on what you order there will be track and trace, if you only order stickers or pins these will be sent as an envelope to keep the shipping as cheap as possible! Any other product will be sent with a Track and Trace!
Do you also make custom items?
I absolutely do! The prices do differentiate due to product costs! You can also mail to somebabyfox@gmail.com for these questions or go to Custom Commissions to fill in the form to get contacted!
The product that I want is sold out, will it be renewed?
Depending on the product, yes and no. The pins need to be ordered in bulk so I order those once I hit low stock, stuff such as drinkware or shirts can be made by hand by me! The best thing to do, is to send an email to somebabyfox@gmail.com and mention which product, your question and I will tell you!
Can I cancel my order?
If you message me before your order is shipped out, I can cancel it. If the order is sent out already, I unfortunately cannot cancel your order. If you receive the order and wish to return it, I can refund you after I receive the order back again.
Custom Fees and International shipping
Unfortunately, custom fees are out of my control and are the buyer's responsibility and is up to their postal service. And it is up to the buyer to pay for this fee. I apologize for these inconveniences.
